1. This day is crucial for first-time tourists entering Tibet. Lhasa is about 3650 meters above sea level, and its oxygen content is only 65% of that of  Mainland China. Most guests will experience altitude reactions to varying degrees. In addition to maintaining a normal mindset, avoiding vigorous exercise, drinking more water, eating more fruits, and adequate rest are the best ways to prevent altitude sickness. If you feel unwell, please contact the tour guide to the hospital for treatment in a timely manner.

2. On the evening of arriving in Lhasa, please do not  take shower, and be careful to prevent catching a cold; There is a large temperature difference between morning and evening in Lhasa, please pay attention to keeping warm to avoid causing altitude sickness.

3. Most of the local hotels in  Tibet are solar water heaters. Sometimes the hot water may not be too hot. Please understand.

酒店早餐後，驅車前往【布達拉宮】始建於西元7世紀初期、是一座宮堡式建築、世界文化遺產(chǎn)。前往【藥王山觀景臺】與人民幣50元取景地合影。

隨後前往【大昭寺】始建於西元647年、一座藏傳佛教寺院、供奉佛祖釋迦牟尼12歲等身金像。City Walk穿梭在千年古轉經(jīng)道的【八廓街】超聖信徒並肩同行，見眾生相，看人間煙火。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive to the Potala Palace, a palace style building built in the early 7th century, a world cultural heritage site. Go to the Yaowang Mountain Observation Deck and take a group photo with the RMB 50 scenic spot .

Then, you will drive to the Jokhang Temple, a Tibetan Buddhist temple built in 647 AD, which houses golden statues of Buddha Shakyamuni at the age of 12. City Walk shuttles through the ancient path of turning scriptures on Barkhor Street, walking side by side with believers and appreciating the sentient beings and man's world.

酒店早餐後，驅車經(jīng)【米拉山隧道】前往【秀巴古堡】相傳是1600多年前松贊幹布在征戰(zhàn)中，為方便軍隊之間的聯(lián)絡以及屯兵和防禦，修築了具有統(tǒng)治標誌的古堡群。

後驅車沿拉林高速經(jīng)米拉山隧道前往西藏江南-林芝，一路尼洋河風光相伴前行……

After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive through the Mira Mountain Tunnel to the Shuba Castle. It is said that more than 1600 years ago, Songtsen Gampo built a group of castles with ruling symbols to facilitate communication between armies, as well as to station and defend.

Then, you will drive along the Larin Expressway through the Mila Mountain Tunnel to Jiangnan,Tibet-Linzhi, accompanied by the Niyang River scenery...

酒店早餐後，途中遊覽【巴松措】國家AAAAA級景區(qū)、國家森林公園，藏語中是"綠色的水"的意思，是紅教寧瑪派的一處著名神湖和聖地。

景區(qū)集雪山、湖泊、森林、瀑布牧場、文物古跡、名勝古剎為一體，景色殊異，四時不同，名類野生珍稀植物彙集，實為人間天堂，有“小瑞士”美譽。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit the Basongcuo, A national AAAAA scenic spot and a national forest park on the way. In Tibetan, it means "green water" and is a famous sacred lake and holy site of the Nyingma sect of the Red Sect.

The scenic area integrates snow capped mountains, lakes, forests, waterfalls and pastures, cultural relics and historical sites, and famous ancient temples. The scenery is diverse and the four seasons are different. Famous wild and rare plants gather, making it a paradise on earth and known as the "Little Switzerland"

酒店早餐後，驅車前往【羊卓雍措】簡稱羊湖，湖面積675平方千米，湖面海拔4,441米。

沿環(huán)湖路前往【卡若拉冰川】年楚河東部源頭，西藏三大大陸型冰川之一。抵達英雄城江孜，參觀【白居寺】始建1427年，塔中有寺、寺中有塔，寺塔天然渾成，相得益彰。

晚間抵達後藏行政中心-日喀則市。

After breakfast in the hotel, you will drive to Yamdrok Lake, which is  referred to as "Yang Lake ". The lake covers an area of 675 square kilometers and has an elevation of 4441 meters.

Then, you will go along the Lakeside Ring Road to the eastern source of the Chu River in the Karula Glacier, one of the three continental glaciers in Tibet. After arriving in the hero city of Jiangzi, visit the Palcho Monastery, which was founded in 1427. There is a temple in the pagoda and a pagoda in the temple, which are naturally integrated and complement each other.

In the evening, you will arrive at the administrative center of Tibet - Shigatse City.

酒店早餐後，前往【紮什倫布寺】興建於1447年，是藏傳佛教格魯派六大寺之一。是歷代班禪駐地，寺院以金碧輝煌的建築、精美絕倫的藝術、源遠流長的歷史，留給世人驚歎。

沿高速、雅江小峽谷返回拉薩。

晚間觀看《文成公主》晚會，講述了1300多年前唐朝文成公主與吐蕃藏王松贊幹布和親的歷史故事。全劇分為五幕，時長約90分鐘，演出人員共計800餘名。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit Tashilhunpo Temple, which was built in 1447. It is one of the six major Gelug sect's temples in Tibetan Buddhism. It is also the residence of the Panchen Lama throughout history, and the temple has left the world amazed with its magnificent architecture, exquisite art, and long history.

Then, you will return to Lhasa along Highway and Yajiang Gully.

In the evening, you will watch the "Princess Wencheng" Evening Party, which tells the historical story of the marriage between Princess Wencheng of the Tang Dynasty and the Tubo king Songtsen Gampo over 1300 years ago. The whole play is divided into five acts, with a duration of about 90 minutes and a total of more than 800 performers.
